Bernadette Barr was born to James Barr and Minnie Schieberl-Barr circa 1935, in Shackelford, Missouri. She would live to only six months, the only one of the eleven siblings to not survive past infancy. Following is a letter from the Benedictine Sisters to James Barr following her death.
